One of the Seattle area’s biggest and brightest community Christmas light displays can be seen in the north end neighborhood of Brier. Your preschooler will be dazzled by the many beautiful, handmade holiday displays at the area's Christmas tradition, Brier Lights; and also help out the less fortunate by donating a can of food.

What your Preschooler will Love about Brier Lights

Just follow the glow.
At the top of the hill, this traditional Christmas light display can be seen for miles around. Your preschooler will enjoy the festive environment and visit with Santa, listen to Christmas carolers, and munch on candy canes from the Candy Cane Shack.

Make Brier Lights a Christmas tradition.
Ten beautiful homes have worked very lovingly on this spectacular Christmas light display for over ten years. Each year, more and more Christmas lights are added. These talented folks know NO limits!
Make sure your preschooler looks out for ‘Elfco’ Field, a humorous twist on Seattle's 'Safeco’ Field. Brier Lights just couldn’t resist!

What Parents will Love about Brier Lights

Teach your preschooler about giving back.
Preschoolers can experience sharing and giving by bringing cans of food to donate to the Lynwood Food Bank at the Candy Cane Shack. Brier Lights collects over 5 1/2 tons of food each year!

Brier Lights is a real life TV celebrity!
Brier Lights has been seen on HGTV’s “Outta Control Christmas”, and also KOMO’s “Parade of Christmas Lights”. Steve Pool has even been known to make an appearance!

Helpful Information about Brier Lights

Brier Lights is on a cul-de-sac in the Timberline Park development. Watch for signs. Naturally, traffic can get crowded, so come early in the evening. Brier Lights begins on November 24th, and lights go on at 5:30 pm each night. Note- Brier Lights stay bright ALL night Christmas Eve.

Brier Lights is about 15 minutes north of Seattle. The bedazzling Christmas light display can be viewed by sleigh, car, or foot. Parking is best in the cul-de-sac driveways (just ask at the Candy Cane Shack), or just outside the development.
