The New Everett Theater has historically been entertaining preschoolers since 1906, with a wonderful variety of live children’s theater performances.

What Preschoolers will Like about the New Everett Theater

Your preschooler can enjoy annual shows such as Legend of Sleepy Hollow, A Christmas Carol, The Missoula Children’s Theater, Children’s Comedy, Wrinkle of Washington Dance Troupe, Animation Film Festivals, magic shows, Irish Cabaret for children, musicals, and more annual children’s theater events.

What Parents will Like about the New Everett Theater

The New Everett Theater is a smaller, 106 year old venue, and has recently been completely remodeled, staying true to its quaint and beautiful period architecture. Enjoy the newly restored red velvet seats!

Why not join in the fun? The theater holds auditions for adults and children, as well as providing a place for over 300 community volunteers to participate in all aspects of contemporary, classic, and children’s theater. Check site for more information and children’s theater schedule.

Your preschooler is allowed to eat refreshments during the performance, which are available upstairs by the restrooms and balcony.

What Parents Should Know about the New Everett Theater

The New Everett Theater is older, so the theater can be cold! Dress your preschooler warmly. The bathrooms are quite nice, but they are up the grand stairway. Don’t forget to remind your preschooler to use them before the show.

The New Everett Theater is located right downtown in the historic section of Everett. This lovely area offers many different preschooler-friendly restaurants, and also includes The Imagine Children’s Museum and the Everett Marina, both just five minutes away.
