Wanted! Creative Preschool Picassos to take free art classes! What preschooler doesn’t like to get creative and make things? Every Saturday, Lakeshore Learning Materials in Bellevue stimulates children’s imagination by offering free art classes for preschool-aged children.

What Preschoolers will Like about Lakeshore Art Classes

The Themes! The brightly-colored store is like a huge “learning playground” that features a wide variety of both teaching and learning supplies for your preschool-aged child. Each week a favorite theme is provided and h/she can choose from an array of unique craft supplies to make a “one of a kind” creation. Your preschooler will feel the satisfaction of having made something special they can take home and proudly display for the rest of their family!

The Classes! The classes will also help to strenghten your preschooler's small muscle skills, lengthen their attention span, and give them an outlet for creative art play. Check ahead for the scheduled class theme so you and your preschooler can talk about it beforehand.

What Parents will Like about Lakeshore Art Classes

Just show up! The free, flexible class times allow your preschooler to drop in any time between 11 and 3pm. There’s no need to call ahead and your child can take as long as they want. Lakeshore requests that you stay close to your child. Bathrooms are preschooler-friendly and close by.

Helpful employees! Lakeshore employees are very friendly will share great learning tips for you and your preschooler. You will find them to be incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and very patient! Lakeshore uses all washable materials.

Don’t forget! Pick up a Lakeshore catalogue while you are there. Try getting 2- one for you and one for your preschooler, as they offer a wealth of craft ideas for things to do (learning supplies, art materials, books, toys, games, etc). Your preschooler can also have fun cutting up their own catalogue to make colorful collages- or making their holiday wish list!

Great supplies! Lakeshore’s quality supplies and learning materials are what many schools and parents use in both their classrooms and homes to foster creative experiences. Make sure to take a look through the store before or after the class. Bellevue Square Mall is only a 5 minute drive away for a nice lunch out!
